Job Description:
The Physician Assistant role in Ponca City, OK, offers
full-time, 7on/7off, 7p-7a shifts, providing exceptional patient
care.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing,
ordering tests/treatments, performing routine procedures, educating
patients, and maintaining documentation.
Specific duties vary by department: assisting in neurosurgery with
pre-op tests, surgeries, and wound care; supporting ER with triage,
exams, and dispositions; managing mental health assessments per
regulations.
Requires a degree from an accredited PA program, Oklahoma
licensure, current BLS, and effective communication in English.
Preferred experience: 1 year in surgery or emergency settings;
ACLS/PALS certifications for acute care.
Adheres to safety protocols, standard precautions, and may face
