The role of the Float Pool Clinical RN involves providing care across multiple sites (TCDLF, TCOSH, TCB, Juliette Manor) in Med/Surg and skilled care, primarily on night shifts with rotation every 4th weekend, shift differentials, and incentive pay.

Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans collaboratively, demonstrating clinical expertise, improving patient experience, mentoring team members, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications include current RN licensure in Wisconsin, BSN or commitment to obtain, BLS, ACLS if applicable, and physical ability to perform duties safely.

Work environment involves exposure to various risks, requiring compliance with safety protocols.

Scheduled hours are 36 per week, with a 0.9 FTE, based in Neenah, WI.
