ZoomCare is seeking a Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills in our complete care system with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!SCHEDULE AND TRAININGWork 20 - 25 hours per week.Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time.Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.Clinic positions require you to attend 2-3 weeks of training. The first week will be at your primary location and partially remote, the second and third weeks include traveling to multiple clinics in the area.Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures.Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model.Provide evidence-based medical care.Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician.QUALIFICATIONSPhysician Assistant Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse PractitionerMust have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.Experience seeing patients of all ages.Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.COMPENSATION PACKAGEMedical, Dental, Vision and ZoomCare Pharmacy Benefits401K with 4% employer matchPaid Sick Time OffState License, DEA, BLS, and CME Reimbursement, UpToDate Membership and Medical Malpractice InsuranceHourly pay rate: $73.00 - $82.00 per hour dayshift / Additional shift differential per hour between 6pm-6amAll benefits dependent on role and eligibilityWORKING CONDITIONSStanding for long periods of timeFit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.Must wear a mask as needed.Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.ZoomCare is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our employees and patients.
