Job Description:
Currently hiring quality improvement nurse to oversee patient
safety activities to meet requirements of regulatory
agencies.Responsibilities are to provide clinical perspective for
program development and outreach to member Clinics. Facilitate risk
reduction strategies for quality and patient safety issues.Provide
leadership in implementing ongoing health improvement programs and
provide ongoing statistics to the quality improvement
team.Requirements are a unrestricted RN license for the state of
Oregon and five years of health care experience preferably within
quality/health improvement.BSN certified professional in health
care quality (CPHQ) preferred MPH preferred. We are an equal
