Quickly growing group ophthalmology practice is looking for an associate Oculoplastic Surgeon who will focus solely on oculoplastic patients. The new surgeon will have a robust number of internal referrals from the anterior segment surgeons and optometrists who work within the practice. The practice is designed for efficiency and the optometrists focus on primary care in support of the surgeon. A new oculoplastic surgeon will have autonomy in practice and how they wish to build their practice. The practice will support the new surgeon in growing a cosmetic patient base. Compensation will be a generous base salary with a production bonus along with an opportunity to buy into the practice quickly.
