Executive DirectorFrontier Senior Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director to manage the day-to-day operations of Redwood Heights Assisted Living community located in Salem, Oregon. Demonstrated success as a leader in similar settings is required.The position qualifies for Performance-Based Bonus Programs!   • Ensuring quality care and fostering positive resident and family relations.
  • Managing community operations to meet profitability, occupancy, and satisfaction goals.
  • Overseeing marketing, resident programs, compliance, healthcare services, billing, and staff management.
  • Maintaining a safe environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.Requirements:
    • Appropriate professional license in good standing (RCFE, ALF, etc.).
    • Experience in senior living management (minimum 3 years).
    • Current certification as an Assisted Living Administrator.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
