Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Level 4) to join our Business Operations team in Portland, Oregon.This dynamic role will lead and support a broad portfolio of capital projects, production enablers, quality improvement, and various problem-solving initiatives.Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and senior leaders to define project scope, develop integrated project plans, and ensure timely execution and measurable impact
• Translate complex topics into clear, concise communications for various audiences-including executive leadership
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to leadership to support continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and value delivery
• Coordinate the development and deployment of strategy, plans, and supporting processes to meet long-range business objectives
• Analyze data, prepare reports, monitor project health, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple workstreams
• Identify risks, opportunities, and interdependencies, and lead mitigation or recovery planning as needed
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to less experienced project managers, contributing to overall team development and capability buildingBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects
  • 5+ years of experience leading workshops and working sessions
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing automated scheduling tools (i.e. OPP, MS Project, Primavera, or Artemis, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in Risk ManagementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher
