you will help define, communicate and lead the AI and data product
strategy for NAVEX. You will manage the AI and data product teams
and work closely with Product Engineering as well as the leadership
team to articulate strategies that support product direction and
initiatives across the suite. You will also align across all of our
lines of business to support go-to-market strategies, product
roadmaps, operational readiness and sales enablement.This role
requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, strong product
management skills, and a strategic mindset to build innovative
products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a leader
in the Product Management Team, you will gather input from a
variety of sources, both internal and external, and weigh them
against business objectives to ensure our product roadmap is
strategically positioned, exceeds revenue goals and achieves strong
customer satisfaction and retention levels. Your passion,

drive all phases of product execution and customer engagement will
