We are passionate about creating exceptional beer and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant FOH Manager to join our team.Job Overview:As the Assistant FOH Manager, you will split your time between overseeing staff and serving our guests. This dual role requires flexibility, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage and support our front-of-house team effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervisory Duties (2 days/week):
  • Oversee FOH staff, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor new hires and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve any customer service issues promptly.
  • Serving Duties (3 days/week):
    • Provide exceptional service to guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    • Assist with setting up and closing down the FOH area.Qualified Applicants Must:
      • Obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC liquor license.
      • Have previous serving/beertending experience.
      • Have previous management-related experience.
      • Be able to accurately handle cash and work with numbers.
      • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
      • Have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays with the ability to move between shifts and days as needed.
      • Be able to maintain composure and focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
