Job Description:

We are seeking qualified applicants for a *Service Coordinator/Case Manager* position to work with adults and/or children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is responsible to facilitate services for a caseload of adults and/or children with I/DD, meet with families, assess support needs, and develop service plans for individuals supported.

This position will require routine communication with individuals, partner agencies, families, and caregivers.

*Required Qualifications: *

* A bachelor's degree in human science, social science, or behavioral science; OR
* A combination oeducation and human services/social services experience.
* Good verbal and written skills
* Ability to work with individuals and families under stressful situations

*Preference given to bilingual candidates*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
