Sodexo Schools Division is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, results driven Food Services General Manager 3 at North Wasco School District in The Dalles, Oregon area.
The General Manager will direct all contract management service operations of 7 kitches at the account. Responsibilities will include planning & supervising special functions, maintain cash control & payroll records, hiring & training unit personnel as well as maintain customer satisfaction & good public relations. Having strength in research and project management will be needed and must be results driven and have strong proven leadership skills. In addition, candidate must have intermediate knowledge in Word, Excel and Power Point. Bilingual and K12 experience is a plus. A valid driver's license is required.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in food service operations, food and labor cost controls, while also having proven success in driving customer results. The ability to articulate ideas, thoughts, opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of the organization is critical. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
