Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
aerospace components, is seeking a Senior Buyer to join their team.
As a Senior Buyer, you will be part of the Procurement Department
supporting engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills,
adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Buyer Location:
Aurora, OR Pay Range: $30 - $35 Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM –
4:30 PM What's the Job? Purchase materials supporting Army Wing Kit
production in a manufacturing environment Manage procurement of
sheet metal, aluminum products, and raw materials Issue and manage
purchase orders based on material demand signals Negotiate pricing,
lead times, MOQ, and payment terms with suppliers Oversee RTV
(Return to Vendor) processes and partner closely with engineering,
manufacturing, and quality teams What's Needed? 5 years of
buyer/procurement experience in manufacturing ERP-driven purchasing
experience, preferably with SISPRO or similar systems Experience
buying sheet metal, aluminum products, and raw materials Strong
communication skills for engineering partnership Ability to work
independently and manage shifting priorities effectively What's in
