Description: Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG)
is looking for a Maintenance Technician II who can perform the
daily upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping,
amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at the 53 unit apartment
community of Waverly Surf and at the 40 unit apartment community of
Meadow Park Apartments. Amenities at these apartment communities
include outdoor seasonal pool, river dock for non-motorized boats,
community room, river views and beautiful courtyard space with BBQ.
Waverly Surf is located in SE Portland in the Sellwood
neighborhood, and Meadow Park Apartments is located in Beaverton.
The Maintenance Technician II will be required to perform essential
maintenance duties including repairs, electrical, plumbing,
carpentry, painting, light landscaping, pool maintenance, and
janitorial tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance
technicians. The Maintenance Technician II must have amazing
attention to detail, time management skills, and be comfortable
managing work orders using technology. If you have maintenance

Park Apartments in Beaverton, OR Hourly Rate: $25-$32/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, M-F, 8am-5pm, 4 Day Schedule also available.
Some Weekends may be needed in the summer for pool maintenance.
Weekly Contracted Hours: 32-40hrs Additional Compensation: A
monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. What

Requirements: What you will bring as the Maintenance Technician II
One (1) year in the Maintenance Technician I position or Two (2)
years of previous maintenance technician experience, preferably in
property management for commercial or multi-family properties.
Janitorial experience is preferred. Motivation, time management,
and the ability to follow instructions working alone or as part of
a team. Intermediate knowledge of landscaping, electrical,
plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall
installation and repairs, and installation and repair of flooring
(required). Pool maintenance experience is highly desirable, but
will train the right candidate. Experience operating a pressure
washer. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Knowledge and experience
using a vacuum cleaner and other janitorial equipment, both manual
and power, and handling chemicals with close attention to safety
rules. Available for after-hours emergencies. Reliable
transportation capable of transporting necessary tools, including
power washing equipment. Possess current and valid driver's
license, proof of insurance and clean driving record to run
work-related errands when needed. Ability to read, write and
understand written and verbal communications and directions.
