Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, and FL. Key Responsibilities: Office supply purchase: Manage office and warehouse supplies. Communication Handling: Draft, proofread, and send emails/POs or internal memos with professionalism and accuracy. Document Management: Organize files, internal portal updates, and maintain records. Task Tracking: Monitor shipment and assist in project coordination. Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Support communication with external partners, distributors, or suppliers. Job Requirement: Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field). Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Suite Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom) Basic understanding of CRM or procurement platforms is a plus Bilingual required: English & Chinese Benefits : Company Group Medical and Dental insurance Paid-Time off 6 Paid Public holidays 401 (K) with up to 4% employer match Bonuses Annual salary adjustment 9 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
